Daeun Kim, DMD
Dr. Kim's love for dentistry was sparked in her home country of South Korea. She completed her studies in Arkansas and Pennsylvania and then went on to complete her doctorate in Florida. Dr. Kim is passionate about providing thorough and gentle care to all her patients.
Professional Side
Dr. Kim’s journey to dentistry started in her home country of South Korea, where her cousin owned a dental practice. This sparked her interest in the field. In pursuit of her dream career, Dr. Kim studied abroad in both Arkansas and Pennsylvania before graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with her Bachelor’s in Biology. She then went to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Kim is passionate about providing minimally invasive dental services to the patients entrusted to her care.
Personal Side
Now calling Centreville, VA, home, Dr. Kim embraces an exciting new chapter personally and professionally. Having recently welcomed her first child, she is balancing her passion for dentistry with her love of family—a connection that brought her to dentistry in the first place. In her free time, Dr. Kim enjoys camping and family walks, including her dog, Bowser. She also loves exploring small Virginia towns and cooking—green tea ice cream is a favorite!
